Our Workroom
Window Creations & Design Center also has the largest state-of-the-art fabric workroom in the area. Our team of experienced, professional seamstresses created all of our custom fabric pieces by hand. Choose from hundreds of fabrics in various colors, textures, and patterns to create dozens of different products. We produce custom drapery and top treatments, including swags, valances, and cornices. These pair perfectly with our collection of Hunter Douglas window treatments. The fabrics can also be used for custom bedding, throw pillows, and upholstery. Because we do all of the work in-house, we can guarantee attention to detail and a final product you will be proud to have in your home.

Part of Michigan’s Thumbcoast, Algonac is a city on the water. It is a perfect place for nature lovers, paddlers, and anyone who enjoys spending time out on the water. You can see all manner of aquatic and terrestrial wildlife while exploring the parks and waterways. Algonac also features 1,800 feet of boardwalk teeming with shows and restaurants and the Algonac-Clay Historical Museum. Of course, the city is probably best known for the pickerel, a member of the pike family that fills the rivers. The town hosts an annual Pickerel Tournament and Festival. If you love fishing, then you won’t want to miss a chance to visit the Pickerel Capital of the World.
